Poolhouse created a video for Beer Institute, a D.C.-based trade association. Called “Rum Cover-Over Explained,” the 60-second clip is part of the association’s “Stand With Beer” campaign. The agency also hired Ellie Sorensen as a political project manager in its Richmond office. The Virginia Tech alum previously worked as a press secretary for the Republican Party of Virginia.
Addison Clark shot a video for River’s Bend Children’s Center, a childcare center in Chesterfield. The nearly three-minute video shows the center’s two locations and highlights its mission and curriculum. The agency was hired by Commonwealth Boat & RV in Ashland. Marketing services for the dealership will include search engine optimization, paid advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, web support and analysis.
Addison Clark added ReDefine Design as a client. Work for the local interior designer and decorator will include pay-per-click marketing and web support services. The agency also promoted Liv Herndon from social media coordinator to account manager.

Samuel Nfor
Madison+Main hired Samuel Nfor as an account executive. The 2021 VCU graduate was previously a strategy associate at Richmond consulting firm Prophet. The agency added Federation of Virginia Food Banks as a client. It is providing copywriting, design and strategic media placement for the Norfolk-based nonprofit’s summer outreach campaign.

Lewis Media Partners made 11 hires. Emily Alexander is an associate project manager, Derrick Ford is associate lead–ad operations, and Annie Jarvis is associate lead–data science and business intelligence. Kay Lawson is talent and culture director, John March is a client lead, and Walter Mann is an associate client lead.
